1Acceptance of Terms of Use

- Never previously banned or suspended by mrcoin8.
Mrcoin8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address.
Warning: Registering more than one account is a serious violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited.
3Account Management & Security
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. The following responsibilities must be observed:
- Keep your password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Ensure that no one else — including family members — uses your account.
- Notify the mrcoin8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Use the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided for additional account protection.
- Update your account information whenever your personal details change.
Mrcoin8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Mrcoin8 supports a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, local bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT and Bitcoin.
Deposit Policy:
- All deposits are processed instantly unless a technical disruption occurs on the part of the bank or payment provider.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
- Mrcoin8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes within the mrcoin8 platform.
Withdrawal Policy:
- Withdrawals will be processed within 1–24 working hours after approval, depending on the chosen method.
- KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds must be returned to the same account or wallet used for the deposit.
- Mrcoin8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers
Mrcoin8 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:
- Wagering requirement (rollover): Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
- Validity period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.

Mrcoin8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
Reminder: Bonuses claimed using false information or through unauthorised methods will be cancelled without notice, and the associated account balance may be forfeited.
6Game Rules and Wagering
All games offered on the mrcoin8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by accredited auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- Settled game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
- In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mrcoin8 will resolve the situation in accordance with its established technical disruption policy, which may include round cancellation or bet refunds.
- Bets placed using automated methods, bots, or third-party software are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- For sports betting, the official results from the relevant sports governing body will serve as the final reference.
Mrcoin8 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed improperly, including bets that take advantage of obvious pricing errors in the system.
7Responsible Gaming

- Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.

- You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mrcoin8.
- Unauthorized use of the mrcoin8 brand name, logo, or any of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to reverse engineer the platform's software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mrcoin8 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
- Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
Note: These liability limits do not affect any user rights granted under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded or limited by contractual agreement.
10Account Suspension and Termination
Mrcoin8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if these terms are violated, including:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Opening multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Use of bots or automated software.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC.
- Abusive or disruptive behaviour toward the support team or other players.
If an account is terminated for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of terms, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you once the review process is complete. This process may take up to 14 working days.
You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
11Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Mrcoin8 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via:
